Delivery can be made to your residence or to an alternative delivery address if nobody is home to sign for your parcel, such as your place of work/ a neighbour or other, providing the billing address details that you enter when placing your order match those records held by your card company.
We offer two methods of delivery:
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery costs £2.99 and takes approximately 1-3 working days;
Royal Mail Special Delivery costs £5.10 and will arrive next-working-day, for orders placed before 2.00 pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2.00 pm on Friday, at the weekend or on Bank Holidays will arrive within 2 working days.
Within The E.U.:
Orders placed for E.U.* delivery are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For service and will arrive in approximately 4-5 working days. The charge for delivery within the E.U. is £7.50.
Delivery can only be made to the cardholders' billing address. If you specify an alternative delivery address we will contact you to confirm if you wish to arrange delivery to the card billing address or cancel your order.
* This service is limited to the following E.U. regions: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
Worldwide:
Orders placed for Worldwide** delivery are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For service and will arrive in approximately 7-10 working days. The charge for delivery is £10.00.
Delivery can only be made to the cardholders' billing address. If you specify an alternative delivery address we will contact you to confirm if you wish to arrange delivery to the card billing address or cancel your order.
