All refunds are processed immediately (within 24 hours) upon the goods being received by us. An email will be sent to the email address provided during registration/checkout confirming your refund has been issued. Please allow 24 hours from the expected date of receipt by us before contacting us to enquire whether your refund has been processed. If you have registered your details with us, you will find your updated order status under My Account | Returns.
All refunds are issued via the original payment method. If we are unable to refund a payment back to your debit/credit card because the card is no longer valid (the card expiry date has passed, for example), we will contact you to inform you and will offer you a refund in the form of a cheque or online payment direct to your card account (for UK customers only) or issue a Gift Card to the same value.
