Our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction and unrivalled service. You may return unworn items in their original as new condition, including tags and all original packaging, within 10 days from the date that you received your order, for a full refund of the purchase price.
If you have registered your details with us, please inform us of your intention to return an item by creating a Product Return Request, found under My Account | Orders. Select the relevant order number and tick off the item(s) you wish to return. You can also request what action you would like us to take once the item(s) have been returned to us, ie. Refund, Credit or Exchange*
Customers who have not registered their details on our website must inform us of their intention to return an item by filling out our Contact Form with the order number, the name of the item the item to be returned and whether a Refund, Issue of Credit or Exchange* is required.
We regret that unless we have been informed of your intention to return goods, we will be unable to assist in the event that the goods are subsequently lost or damaged whilst in transit back to us.
Please ensure that care is taken when trying on garments as we will be unable to accept items that are marked from deodorant, tanning products etc., or that are scented with perfume, bodyspray, etc.
Customers returning orders from a UK delivery address will also receive a refund of the original delivery charge if an order is returned in its entirety, but not for a partial return.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, and we recommend that returns are made using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of loss of, or damage to the goods, as the goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
Please note that our refund policy does not extend to body jewellery, earrings or certain items of makeup due to hygiene reasons, and all products excluded from our refund policy will be clearly marked so.
