GirlsBits.com offers are pleased to offer a Refund Policy on all items except body jewellery, earrings and all products marked as "Non-Returnable" within the product description. For customers who have an order delivered to a UK address, we will also refund the standard delivery charge if the order is returned in its entirety. We are unable to refund the delivery charge for orders despatched via Special Delivery, or those orders delivered to a non-UK address.
A refund will be issued within a period of 24 hours of receipt of the goods and an email will be sent to the email address provided when you placed your order.
We will be unable to issue a refund on products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, including products returned outside of the 10 day receipt period, products which we suspect have been washed or worn or have their original garment tags removed, or products which are not returned in their original condition due to being scented from perfume/bodyspray, etc., or are marked from makeup or tanning products.
