1.2 "Buyer" refers to the original purchaser of the GirlsBits.com eGift Card;
1.3 "Recipient" refers to the person for whom the GirlsBits.com eGift Card was purchased, whose email address was entered in the Recipient email field on the eGift Card order page.
As the Buyer:
eGift Card purchases are final and non-refundable.
You will be required to ensure that the email address of the eGift Card recipient is correct, and as such will be required to re-type the recipient email address twice to confirm.
GirlsBits.com will not be held responsible for undelivered eGift Cards due to a non-available or invalid recipient email address.
As the Recipient:
You will be required to ensure that your eGift Card number is kept secure and only accessible by yourself at all times. GirlsBits.com will not be held liable or reponsible for mis-use of the eGift Card once it has been delivered.
The eGift Card has no cash value and can only be used to make a purchase via the GirlsBits.com website.
Any product purchased with a eGift Card and subsequently returned will have its original purchase value returned to the eGift Card used to make the purchase.
Delivery charges associated with any order purchased with a eGift Card are non-refundable.
