We apologise if you have received an item which is faulty or not what you originally ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, please email us within 5 days from the date of receipt with your order number, the details of the item received in error and whether you would like to receive an exchange or a full refund, and we will contact you to arrange return of the item. If an item has arrived faulty, please email us within 5 days to let us know, and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange return of the item. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept items as faulty if they have had their garment tags removed or appear to have been worn, so to avoid any disappointment we recommend that you fully inspect goods before removing tags or wearing them.
You will not be charged for re-delivery of a faulty or incorrect item and you will be reimbursed the full cost of returning the item back to us.
