If an item you have purchased doesn't quite fit or you would prefer another colour, you may return it within 10 days from the date of receipt for an exchange. If you have registered your details with us, please let us know that you would like to exchange an item/s by going to My Account | Orders. Select the relevant order number and tick off the item/s you wish to exchange. Please tell us in the comments box of the preferred size and/or colour of the exchange item/s. We will then check that your exchange item/s are in stock and will reserve them for you until we receive the original item/s back.
Customers who have not registered their details on our website must inform us of their intention to return an item by filling out our Contact Form with the order number, the name of the item you wish to exchange and your preferred size and/or colour.
You will not be charged for delivery on exchange items, however the cost of returning the original item is your responsibility. Exchanges will be despatched the same day that we receive the original item back from you and you will be emailed to inform you of despatch.
